    Yes, always immediately. There was no problem that was not solved quickly.

    There’s a great array of shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep as well as easy access to the canals for a walk. New street station is just under a 10 min walk away, making it convenient for long distance commuting.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The maintenance team has always responded promptly. Jordan and Simon have been consistently helpful and quick to address any issues in my flat.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Double check where moving vehicles can park and unload if moving into the Button Building.

    I feel like littering is an issue and most areas around the UK so maybe adding more bins would help.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    When I first moved in, I feel like the management and the staff was good and were quick to handle issues however in the recent few months, I’ve noticed a drop in that hopefully they can improve overall I love living here I feel comfortable with the environment. I’m in.

    I feel like the team does a good idea on telling you what you need to know like the basic things

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Coop shop just outside of building so very easy to access essentials. Birmingham snowhill and Jewellery quarter station within walking distance. Not far from town just a short walk into city centre. Some lovely pubs in the jewellery quarter and various activities. Overall a nice area to live in with lots of activities. Lovely in the summer when there’s lots of canal boats passing through. Traffic noise is not bad it’s a fairly busy road but doors are very sound proof.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have recently had a couple maintenance issues with my flat which I reported on the whitmore collection app. The next day the lovely maintenance team Jordan and Simon came to inspect the problems and got straight to work! They were friendly and very polite. Fixed what needed to be fixed within the same visit and a project that needed further investigation and sorting was actioned straightaway. I’ve lived in a couple other buildings and it has always been a battle to get things sorted but not at the whitmore collection. Jordan and Simon are an asset to the team and I am very pleased with the work they’ve done on my flat. Thank you!

    Living here has honestly been such a lovely experience. The area feels safe and welcoming, with a nice mix of local shops, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. There are some lovely open spaces nearby for walks or relaxing, which really adds to the community feel. Transport links are convenient and reliable, making it easy to get around. The street itself is peaceful most of the time, with good bin collections and considerate neighbours. overall it’s a great place to call home.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Management has always been quick to respond and very helpful. Aga at reception is amazing—so kind and always goes out of her way to help.

    I wish I’d known how friendly and supportive the community is!
