4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is good as the underground station is just across the road, but the noise level can be very loud with emergency services serines ringing late at night. General hygiene around the property can be improved as the wear and tear are very high. There were the serious issue with insects coming through the windows facing A10 during the summer which has not been resolved by the service management team. I have to take action as to install insect netting at the window to allow the window can remain open without insects flying in. The high turnover rate for the service team can be tiresome for tenants as items can be missed or not follow up and pro-actively feedback to the tenants. All the facilities are functioning well within the apartment and sufficient. Maybe property management can consider to accommodate tenant request for different type of bed mattress for the long stay tenants as correct type or firmness mattresses can be the minimum factor that would affect the sleep quality.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The repair apps is majorly disappointing and also with the repair contractor quality need to improve heavily. More pro-active with feedback required for follow up with issue raised by tenants can ease the tenants’ worry.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There maybe some noise issues around the property at night and weekend with the busy main road (A10) that maybe sensitive with certain type of tenants that should be mentioned during the site inspection.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is convenient for daily shopping and transport to central. However there's not much to do there as the area is quite underdeveloped. Not very safe to walk at night. The best thing about it is it's right by the Victoria line station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Good, I report repair myself so don't really deal with the management team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The rent increase per year is quite high here. The repair is very easy on the app.

A brilliant place, great area, friendly management, in the hub of an up and coming area. There is plenty to do
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick and efficient in responding, good with following up
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It is quite noisy on one side of the building as it is over a main road.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Daily shopping around Seven Sisters is very convenient, there is a big Tesco 5 mins away and Tottenham Retail Centre is 15 mins walk away. However, there aren't many restaurants or bars around the area. There are a few kebab and fried chicken shops. Sometimes it can be a bit rough around the area with people exhibiting anti-social behaviours. The good thing is the building is directly opposite the station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. The building management replaced a tail that was broken in my bathroom after a few weeks.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Heating bill is separate from electricity or water bill.

All over good location near underground and shops around restaurants, the only issue there no car park and difficult find space, also there's bin store always empty and clean accept when is long bank holiday About the noise it's anonymou when window open otherwise window closed you can't hear any thing. All people friendly we didn't have issues with that
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I have just reported by email and get response quickly to check when will fix.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
As I said over all good places very good good content to transport
