Kinney Smith Prestige Living is a husband-and-wife real estate team originally from the UK, now proudly living in Egypt for over 17 years. What started as a passion for coastal living and property has grown into a trusted international real estate business built on experience, relationships, and genuine local knowledge.

Over the years, we’ve helped clients from all over the world buy and sell hundreds of properties across Egypt’s Red Sea coast, from beachfront apartments and marina homes to luxury villas and investment properties. We know the areas, the developers, the legal process, and the realities of buying overseas because we’ve lived here ourselves for nearly two decades.

Our main focus is Egypt, particularly destinations such as Hurghada, El Gouna, Somabay, and Ras Soma, but through some prestige partnerships, we also work with selected properties and clients in Barbados, Marbella, and Montenegro.
