A very nice area to live. It is close to a lot of bars and clubs and the area is always busy but in a good way on most days. Transport is good usually but there’s heavy traffic during rush hour. You can find parking on tennant street
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very responsive and the concierge team are so nice. Peter and Moses on the night team are always very friendly guys

You have to come downstairs to get rid of your rubbish

Just the noise sometimes from broad street and traffic is not great

The street can be busy at times, but it still feels friendly and pleasant. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby, with lots of choice and good quality. Transport links are also very convenient
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Moses and Peter are both especially nice and always willing to assist with anything needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The maintenance team isn’t always available especially on weekends if you have urgent needs.

Broad Street has frequent buses every 5-10 minutes running till late, plus the tram stops right outside so getting around town or to the station is quick and easy
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Moses and Peter on the concierge team are always friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Makes a big difference!

Walls carry more sound than you expect. You’ll learn way more about your neighbours lol

Trams and buses stop right outside and run constantly, super easy to get anywhere. Downsides are weekend drunks shouting till 4am, constant traffic noise, zero street parking if you’re lucky
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Moses and Peter on concierge are always so nice and helpful, chasing things up straight away with a smile. Feels like they actually care.

A lot of noise sometimes on Fridays and Saturday nights
