The property is nestled between Luton Shopping Mall & Luton Train Station which takes you to Kings Cross Station in London in 25 minutes.
Being so close to a range of shops and cafes you will always find something to do or find somewhere to eat nearby!

The space
You walk up a set of stairs to the second floor via the main entrance of the building.
You then enter the flat through the door on the left.
You enter into an open plan living area which is modern, bright and airy. You will find it very spacious and ideal for couples or small families. The sofa bed opens up into a double bed with pillows, sheets and duvet tucked inside.
A door takes you in to the shower room where you will find towels and basic soaps and shampoos provided. There is a high pressure shower installed.
In the kitchen all plates, cutlery, glasses and knives are neatly tucked away in the kitchen cupboards.
Basic cooking utensils are provided for those that like to cook. There are pots and pans supplied.
There are small appliances such as a microwave, toaster rice cooker and kettle with a choice of hot drinks to choose from- teas/coffees.
There's an integrated fridge/freezer providing more than enough space for your food items. A washing machine is installed for you should you need it.
There is a dining table for 2/3 people.
Modern luxuries include a 42 inch smart tv pre loaded with Amazon Prime and Netflix and the ability to cast from your phone.
Other appliances include a blade vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board and hair dryer should you need them.
The double bed in the bedroom which should provide more than enough space for a couple and there's a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep up to 2 people depending on their size.
There is a modern central heating system installed for those cold evenings when you want to snuggle up on the sofa.
Vaping is allowed. Smoking must be done outside the back door. I kindly ask that you air the flat out on the morning of your check out.
There are several car parks nearby the closest being on Cheapside which costs £5 per day or £65 for the month.
You have access to the entire flat which is completely private and self contained.
Council tax, Electric, water will be covered by the guest/tenant. Alternatively we can do a fixed price for the rent & bills.
