Description

This renovated 4-bed stone house is set in a quiet hamlet close to the village of Montagne and just a few minutes from Saint-Émilion. The property combines period features with modern comforts and has a garden, sunny terrace, small heated pool and views over the surrounding vineyards.

The house is in excellent condition following the renovation works carried out in 2023/2024. These works included plumbing, electricity, paining, interior reconfiguration, creation of new bathrooms and the kitchen.  The decorative fireplaces in the ground floor bedroom and sitting room have open chimney flues which would allow for the installation of wood-burning stoves.
