Living in the Barnum has a lot of positives.There’s o good range for coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has generally been responsive and helpful when issues have been raised. Most problems are dealt with promptly, and communication is clear, though occasionally some matters take a little longer to resolve than expected.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that delivery drivers can’t always access the building easily or come directly to the front of my apartment. Some delivery companies need an access code or have to be met at the main entrance, which can be a bit inconvenient if you’re not home. It’s worth checking how deliveries are handled before moving in. On the bright side, the concierge team is usually very helpful with parcels and ensures nothing gets lost, which makes things easier overall.

Bad - very expensive compared to the size Good - close to the train station and city centre, shared facilities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly, took my issue details and never follow up with me to fix it and when i asked about it they said we will send someone to fix it

Very small space for a family, No maintenance to the apartments

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Every thing is perfect, shops near by, bus stop near by, tram stop near by, train station just 2 mins away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management responds very promptly and professionally.

The rent prices are way too high, however it is worth it if you are sharing it someone else too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nearby train station and town center with supermarket not too far away. Tram station also not too far away with cycling and running path along side.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Situation will be improved. The worst is CCTV footage will never be by building management review when my bike got stolen.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have no comment and remember to equip CCTV inside your apartment in case something happen unexpected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Barnum is an excellent place to live, offering everything you need right within reach. Its prime location ensures that all essential amenities are close by, making daily life incredibly convenient. The parking is available , however very limited. Bin collection are good, and there is minimal traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is very helpful and readily provide their assistance with any sort of problem that comes across.

The Rent is a bit on the higher side, I could have listed out a few more options before moving in. But I’m happy being here also.
