Phases 3 & 5, Craibstone Estate, Aberdeen

The Craibstone Estate site as a whole is 105 acres. The site is part of the former Scottish Rural College (SRUC) Campus.
The masterplan has Planning Permission in Principle for a residential-led mixed use development including approx. 700 houses.

Cala brought forward first completions at Craibstone in 2019, and have since completed c. 200 private units to date. Cala are to complete their existing Phase 2, and will retain Phase 4.

An approval of matters specified in conditions (AMSC) for Phase 3 was granted in 2021 for 4 commercial units and 237 homes (Ref: 210658/MSC). Phase 3 is c. 23.57 acres.
Two AMSC applications were granted for Phase 5 in October and December 2021 for 119 dwellings (Ref: 201613/MSC, 210845/MSC). Phase 5 is c. 23,75 acres.

Site is located just off the A96, south of the Craibstone roundabout.
Nearby leisure opportunities include Craibstone Golf Course and Kirkhill Forest.
The P&J Live Arena is 1.2 miles from the site.
Sought-after suburbs of Bucksburn and Dyce are c. 1.6 miles and 1.2 miles away.
Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route (AWPR) is less than 1 mile from the site, providing easy access for travel to the north or south of Aberdeen.
