    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The location of Granger is great. Walking distance is the Leeds city centre which has trains and coach services. For car - the M1 is 2 mins away. There is construction on one side but don’t really hear this much. There is underground parking for a fee but also a NPc car park opposite and on the street parking. There is a communal bin/recycle area which are sorted regularly.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The portal app is great. The team are really quick to reply to messages/emails/requests.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish the car parking shutter registered the number plate and auto opened.

    The staff are so friendly at pin yard, they really do help make the atmosphere feel very welcoming it really is a lovely place to be

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Solve everything asap and make sure it is completely resolved before leaving

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How lovely of the staff would be, as I would of moved in sooner

    The area is not that safe. There's a Tesco just 10 min-walk. Train station also just 10-15 mins walk

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    there was no support or gesture from management...

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The area, and how safe it is. Could fine something better with the same budget

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    It’s really close to the train station about 12 minutes walk. It’s also close to city centre. Theres a Tesco close by for groceries. Overall I think it’s located at the best area- connected to city centre and the train station.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They sent maintenance who sorted it out and when we had issues with the hot water, Grace assisted with that- she came to our room to show us.

    Nothing- I had viewed this place before I moved in

    Location is great shops not that far, isn’t really any supermarket that’s walking distance for a big food shop etc. parking is ok expensive for 24hrs traffic isn’t an issue as it’s a fairly quiet area.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We raised an issue with a door and someone looked and fixed it a few days later. Great service

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How quiet the area is, I thought it would be noisy most days but it’s not at all.
