Very close to a Tesco express (literally just across the road!), close to the Jewellery quarter which has lots of nice restaurants and shops, and a close walk to central Birmingham which is convenient
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, we had an issue with a water leak where the emergency team were able to help resolve very quickly before replacing the broken parts within a few days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It is quite close to two different tram stations which is helpful for commuting and travelling.

Lovely location and development however the property management lets it down its already startong to look dated and worn in places
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The gym has a huge hole in ceiling the doors dont all work in certain blocks walls need painitng and repairs
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The maintenance qnd property management let the place down things are not getting repairs properly and then not being repaired on time

Good variety of shops and restaurants. I would rather if parking is cheaper. The area behind the building is dodgy.

Good level of response and good communication. Sometimes it takes time to respond

That the parking is not included in the rent. And the tenancy length

It is very close to Jewelry Corner and the School of Law, and it is very convenient to have classes, and across the road is a Tesco, which is very convenient for shopping, with a small restaurant on the left and a supermarket on the right. However, there is less light on the low floor, and sometimes it will be noisy at night, because the noise on the road can be heard clearly and the maintenance is not very timely

If I need repair, they will reply to my email immediately, telling me that they have received my repair application, but the service workers are very busy

If it was me, I'd like to see a photo or video of my room before I enter
