Three kilometres inland of the south coast of Trapani province, Casa Nicola is fifteen minutes from the city of Castelvetrano and just five minutes from the beach district of Marina di Selinunte. Its position close to the main road into town makes it unbeatably convenient in many ways, with the cities of Mazara del Vallo, Sciacca, Marsala, Trapani and Agrigento as well as two international airports all found within a one hour radius.

You could even walk to the region's most important landmark, the Archaeological Park of Selinunte, whose Greek temples are visible in the middle distance from the property's huge flat roof terrace. Once one of the most important trading posts in the Mediterranean, the city's site is now the continent's largest archaeological park.

As an added bonus, the nature reserve of the Foce Belice begins only four kilometres away to the south-east. This natural paradise is dominated by a huge sandy beach, deep and peaceful, cut off from the rest of the world by reed-filled dunes.
