Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great and I love how there are nice shops and restaurants near the area. It is also close to Piccadilly station. It is also very close to the city centre.

They are very responsive to any major or minor questions I have.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the city centre has been an amazing experience so far. As someone who lived “out in the sticks” I was really craving that city centre feel with an aspect of quietness and New Fountainbridge has really fitted the bill . Everything I need—shops, cafes, gyms just a short walk away which makes daily life feel convenient and vibrant. The energy of the city is fantastic, always something happening, whether it’s a new restaurant opening, a weekend market, or a park run. Public transport is great, so getting around without a car is easy and stress-free. I also love the mix of people—students, professionals and families—which gives it a lively and diverse atmosphere. Despite the fast pace, the community feels really personal and connected, with friendly local businesses and familiar faces everywhere you go no matter the day or time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve only had a couple of very small issues with both I was updated regularly on the progress and solved promptly even out of hours it was seamless.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Absolutely nothing, my viewing of the flat told me everything I needed to know. The explanation on the development website and pictures was enough to convince me that this was perfect for me and the viewing only brought to life what was already clear in the advertising plus some key info. Overall it’s been fantastic.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location and viaduct pathway are incredible – quick walks into town with great views. No traffic noise or pollution, surprisingly peaceful. Shops, bars and restaurants are 5–10 mins away, buses frequent, train station walkable. Bins are collected efficiently, but some lazy residents leave leaking bags or dump rubbish in lifts/hallways, causing occasional bin juice mess – annoying but not constant. Parking is permit-only and usually fine. It’s green, quiet and super convenient; easily one of the best central spots in Leeds.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the app is good for raising service requests. The reception is busy, however always able to speak to people. Emailing isn't as effective for formal communication. Solutions are always given, even if they're temporary workarounds.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking isn't guaranteed. Can recommend paying a bit more for a higher up apartment - views are worth it. Always try to speak to staff in person. Be prepared for heating / water niggles.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is very convenient and comfortable to live in. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance, and the transport links are excellent, making it easy to get around the city. The neighbourhood feels safe and quiet, with friendly residents and clean streets. Parking is usually available, and bin collections are regular. Overall, it’s a pleasant and practical place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded quickly and efficiently to any issues I raised. They are polite, professional, and handle requests in a timely manner. I appreciate their reliability and the way they keep the building running smoothly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known earlier how well-organised and comfortable the development is — it would have made my decision to move in even easier. The building is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which has been a pleasant surprise
