Living in Moda Embassy Boulevard has been a really positive experience overall. The area feels safe, well-maintained and has a welcoming community atmosphere. The building itself is modern with great amenities, and the management team — especially Bob — is always friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful, which makes day-to-day living much easier.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I reported my water not working and it got fixed in 10 minutes

gym is not ready yet but they have offered free memberships

Building is in a great location, amazing facilities and wonderful staff, minutes away from Nine Elms and Vauxhall station
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, swift with responding to my issue and going beyond to fix my front door handle

Wish the gym was ready, other than that really happy

I’m really grateful for this wonderful place, such as Embassy Boulevard for having an amazing time and experience, especially big thanks to Mr. Bob, Miss Shelly and Mr. Tom, for brighting up any day. I really enjoyed the cinema room and singing my favourite songs with them and dancing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We didn’t had any problems regarding building managements facilities, everything is good.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think as a student, it’s sometimes can get a little overwhelming when it’s time to decide on where to live. However, with the help of your loved ones, your family, your friends, your peers and classmates, your colleagues, we can achieve everything we’ve set our mind to.
