The location is great, the building is just across the shopping mall and public transport is very accessible as the bus stops are nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are always helpful and make sure any queries or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think the only thing really is the closest big supermarket is a bit further away but it's not a deal breaker. Just to know the residence team is great and I think that makes a world of difference as a tenant.

Living in Milton Keynes city centre is extremely convenient. centre:MK shopping mall is just across the street, so shopping is very easy and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Everything can be reached within a short walk, including a cinema and other leisure places. The area feels lively but still safe, and the surroundings are bright and pleasant. It’s a great location for anyone who enjoys having shops, food options and entertainment right on their doorstep.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not had any issues to raise, but the building management has been very supportive. Tina, from the management team, wrote me a touching message when I decided to stay, showing how much they care about residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known earlier is how friendly and supportive the team here is. It truly makes a big difference to the living experience. Also, the location is very convenient — it’s only about a 2-minute walk to centre:MK shopping mall, with plenty of shops and restaurants around, which makes daily life very easy.

Yes they are very quick to respond and they are very attentive and gets things fixed

Easy to commute to different places within MK, with stores right opposite to the mall

I don't have anything bad. Shops are 1 min away, council and reception ensure bin cupboard are kept to a standard, and even though pubs and clubs so close I hear no noise
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had 1 minor issue with water drainage when I moved in and maintenance turned up next day
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A great community environment that does what it can for the environment whether it is in energy providers used, their own recycling clothes place or tenant app where items can be sold or given free to a good home

You are super centrally located which makes it very conveninet for restaraunts, bars and shops and Campbell park is also right around the corner.

They were great and immediately set up maintanance requests when needed.

More about MK than Solstice, I would just let people know its a transit city and not super easy to meet people.
