Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartments are very big and have not had any issues since I moved in. Really happy with the location, good public transport links and lots of shops nearby, but difficult to get deliveries as there is no parking nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issues, but they were very quick with responding to any questions when we first moved in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great location to watch fireworks from Battersea park and I'm hoping for New Years Eve too.

    Manager's response

Hi Linh, Thank you for your lovely 5 star review. This is greatly appreciated. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying your home and happy with the building and the management. Many Thanks Kim

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of shops nearby, even a Sainsbury's local downstairs and the Power station is super close, as is King's Road and central London. Great transport links to buses, trains and the underground.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes Kim is very friendly and helpful, but as she is often the middle man for maintenance issues, feel bad bothering her, but she keeps us updated often.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking on the side road for our friends or family can be quite expensive

    Manager's response

Hi S Mo, Thank you for your 5 star review of Mansbridge House. Your feedback is extremely useful and helps us to constantly improve. We are always on hand to help, so please do not feel as though you are a bother. It's great to hear that the location suits you well and we hope you enjoy all of the fireworks from your lovely apartment. Kind regards Management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is pretty good. The only thing that bothers sometimes is the train noise. Also, unavailability of parking is bothering. Other than that all perfect.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded in time and repaired everything accordingly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The situation about the noise of railroad which was not disclosed perfectly.

    Manager's response

Hi Alex L, Thank you for your 5 star review of Mansbridge House. We are very grateful and extremely pleased that you are enjoying your home and happy with the building and the management. We are always on hand to help if you need us. Kind regards Kim

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient and safe, although i dont like the difficulty of having a drop off closer to theproperty as it doesn't feel so safe late at night when I'm dropped off away from the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Lift Problem and main door problem took forever to repair! Other than that everything is managed well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

1.Lack of AC (Agent shouldn't have lied!) 2. Noise from the train and sainsbury's delivery truck at 6am! (This is the biggest problem) 3. That the gym requires an asessment that costs money! (i know its small amount but just feels sneaky)

    Manager's response

Hi Ghalia, Thank you for your 5 star review, we really appreciate your feedback. Regarding some of the issues which you have mentioned: The gym is managed by an external company, so a small one off induction fee is required, however access there after is completely free of charge. Unfortunately, like many UK buildings, we do not have AC, however we do have a very large winter terrace throughout all apartments in the building with plenty of windows to provide fresh air when needed and I apologise for the length of time it took to repair the front door as this required additional parts which were on order. We are extremely happy that you are otherwise enjoy living in your apartment and we are always on hand to help if you need us. Kind regards Management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very safe and secure, with different shops around that are open till late. Buses are also running regularly and very close to the station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are always responsive and advice well on different issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Painting cost is really high, we were not aware that the wall paints are soo easy to get messed. My table left a mark jn a year and that costed me heavily. It should be normal wear and tear in my opinion as it was unintentional.
