Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’m really pleased that my home is very close to Sutton Station, which makes commuting and getting around extremely convenient. There’s a good range of local shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, offering plenty of choice for day-to-day needs and dining out. The transport links are excellent, with frequent trains and reliable bus services. The area feels generally safe and friendly, though parking can be a bit limited at times. Bin collections are regular, and while there’s some traffic noise during rush hour, it’s not too disruptive overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart responded quickly to my request and was able to fix problems regarding the flat efficiently. I really appreciated his prompt and professional help in resolving the issue without any delay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how busy the area can get during peak travel times because of the station nearby. It’s not a major issue, but parking can sometimes be tricky in the evenings. On the positive side, I’d tell new neighbours to take advantage of the great transport links and the variety of nearby shops and restaurants—it really makes daily life convenient and enjoyable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is close to shops, schools, and public transport, which makes it easy to get around and run errands. It’s relatively quiet, with lots of green spaces and parks that are great for relaxing or going for walks. NO PARKING! There’s no regular parking available only spaces for people with a disabled badge. This can make it difficult for our visitors and us… I can’t purchase a car because you don’t have parking available!!!!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A special shout-out to Paul, who did a great job with the painting. He was very fast and friendly, and his work made the walls look fresh again!! also shout out to the maintenance man I can’t remember his name SORRY BUT he is half Italian he is very helpful and always try’s his best to fix any issues we have in our apartment!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

there are too many students living here and they aren’t very clean or tidy, which can sometimes be frustrating! Also the parcel room is always very messy and takes me forever to find my parcels!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great transport links, and close to Sainsbury’s . Parking for visitors could be better as we are on a main road and hard to find parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally responded quickly although noise complaint from flat above took a while to resolve

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is limited for visitors which could be looked at

    Momento Hayes, UB3

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live in Momento, Hayes. Overall, it’s a convenient and well-connected area. The good aspects include easy access to public transport, especially Hayes & Harlington Station, which makes commuting to central London quite straightforward. There are plenty of nearby shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, and Heathrow Airport is just a short drive away. The area also feels quite multicultural and lively. On the downside, traffic can get busy during peak hours and certain parts of Hayes can feel a bit crowded, and there isn’t as much green space as in some other London suburbs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team at Momento Hayes has been excellent in handling any issues I’ve raised. They are always quick to respond, professional, and genuinely committed to resolving problems efficiently. Sajid Lodha, in particular, has been outstanding — he ensures that every concern, no matter how small, is addressed promptly and with great attention to detail. It’s clear that resident satisfaction is a top priority, and their proactive approach really sets them apart.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They built a new play area for children, which wasn’t there when I came for the viewing. It was a wonderful surprise for my child, and she absolutely loved it

t is very close to station yes but end of the day this is Stratford . It's not West London and the rent too high for Stratford

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of the times . Not all the times . Had issues with my back and asked to replace my bed mattress (that is awful to be fair and this is a fact) and they said no.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Concession I was granted last year wasn't going to last very long . Bad news. Rent fees too high . Neighbors living upstairs are very noisy . Bed is so uncomfortable . I don't like Stratford . .................................................
