The concervatory is a great space for larger dining table or reception to relax in. Off street parking isn't too common in the road, so the seller installing a driveway not only has added conveniency, but further value. A large garden, which is predominantly laid with artificial grass is particularly low maintenance, a patio area ideal for BBQ's and gate to rear parking space..
