The community also Almere have is great, keeping always social activities for the tenants. Recommended and so far best option in Milton Keynes, especially for pet owners as they are pet friendly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always try to help asap, we usually have to log and raise a ticket on the app.

The receptionists are wonderful, always helpful and smiling. Christina, in particular, is excellent and consistently goes out of her way to help.

i really love it here! it’s the best place i’ve lived in so far in terms of management and the welcoming staff. honestly, i’ve never seen such kind and welcoming staff before. I don’t have any bad aspects to mention so far.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
the building management has responded quickly and professionally to any issues i’ve raised. they’ve always been helpful and made sure everything was resolved as soon as possible.

Really god range of supermarkets including M&S and Sainsbury's. Multiple coffee shops and bakeries also on the doorstep. Less than 5 mins walk from the train station. Parking for visitors can be tricky. Slight noise of trains when the windows are open as well as occasional lightning from the tracks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Raised 2 very minor issues so far. Maintanence team picked it up within a couple of hours and issues were resolved instantly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There seems to be a smell coming from the floor vents - smells like a wet dog. Maintenance said there might've been a dog living in the flat previously.

Very centrally located. Perfect location! 5 mins walk to Piccadilly train station. Kampus black card entitles residents to discounts city wide.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Washing machine leaking upon move in. Raising the issue was very simple and swiftly dealt with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wasn't aware it was a king size bed, so brought our double bedding with us! Might have been mentioned somewhere and overlooked! No complaints about the bed, so comfy!

Super convenient location yet feels nice and peaceful in the Kampus development. Nothing bad to say.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t really had any problems yet. There was some furniture that needed to be removed and Edmer sorted it out quickly and with little disturbance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Council tax is higher than we thought but it is an old building in the city centre so it’s to be expected really.
