Pros- totally gorgeous accommodation, very simple and very lovely staff Cons- so so much building work going on. My apartment looks right on to a major building work so I can never sit on my balcony (even on weekends)

Brilliantly! They have done so so much to help and having the WhatsApp number is brilliant!

Really good location to live in. A short walking distance of a large supermarket and a lovely walking route that connects to green spaces. Bus stops are in close proximity to the development with frequent buses into the city centre. It is very easy to get to shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. There is a multi-purpose arts venue next door that do events which is great for the local and wider community.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly. Communicating clearly with me and updating me at all times.

That there would be a lot of building work happening nearby.

Very central location. Right next to Bristol Road which has many lovely bars such as the nowhere bar and the Royal Oak. The streets of Bath are very clean and living next to a main road allows for easy access if you have a car.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have responded to the majority of questions queries and concerns, however I have not received a satisfactory response as to why the scaffolding is still up.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Defiantly participate in all of the events organised by Spring Wharf. It’s a great way to get to know your neighbours

Near to city centre with all kinds of jobs, bus available every 15 minutes and good surroundings with gym facilities as well
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had some problems with the flat but when raised to the front desk, they helped asap and if it take time they game us alternative

Nothing like that for me as I had problems they solved and they mentioned everything in the contract
