Buses and trains are easy to use and close by, so transport is very good. Sometimes there is a bit of traffic noise, but it is not too bad.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team is very good and professional and resolve things quickly

A little bit noisy on broad street at times on weekends if you live in lower floors

There’s shops outside of the front door that close late and usually have everything most residents need
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very professional at all times and respond well usually
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Sometimes there’s spills and some smelly rubbish on the lift. It’s not the staffs fault. Some residents are so bad and leave things on the lifts or spilling rubbish

Buses and trains are easy to get. Sometimes there is some traffic noise, but it is okay. Peter and Moses are very nice and do their job very well. They always help and keep the place clean and safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very quick and helpful. They always respond fast and fix any problems properly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
the area can be a little busy at certain times, but it is very safe and friendly. I would tell new neighbours to talk to Peter and Moses, they are very kind and always ready to help.

You can find lots shops just outside the building like Tesco and some other local shops. There’s also a 24/7 shop just 5 minutes walk from the building if you need something late at night

The management is helpful and are usually responsive

The front door needs to get as soon as possible because this is very inconvenient for everyone
