    I love the location, right in central Reading surrounded by shops restaurants and the train station to London.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very fast, the management are always on call and ready to make living more comfortable.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That the north part of the buildings definitely have the best views.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The place is so beautiful, it is most beautiful area in Reading center, it is so convenient to do shopping and to take transport to go to London and other cities. Only 1 or 2 minutes walk to station . The staffs are so beautiful and helpful , they are so nice and always help the tenants, I am so happy to live at ebb&flow .

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    So fast to solve the problems , it is so efficient work .

    I wish I could live in earlier and it is so great environment, very clean , staff are so nice , the home is beautiful and so many free activities…

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    pros- very close to the town centre, food takeaways and transport links. cons - parking availability is very scarce outside of the car park with is not ideal for those who either have multiple vehicles or just has a visitor as more money will need to be spent in order to secure parking. the nightclubs, for me is a con only being I live essentially opposite them, however that is not a concern for someone on a different side or even potentially higher up.

    any issues raised have been dealt with accordingly

    ebb and flow pride themselves on community which is lovely, very inclusive for all residents which is a really nice touch especially if someone is outgoing and friendly, I have made some really lovely friends since living here which I am grateful for.
