Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area’s got a great mix of shops, restaurants, and bars—all just a short walk away. You can grab coffee, browse some cool local stores, or head out for dinner and drinks without needing to go far. Even with everything close by, include very short walk to tesco express , the street itself stays nice and quiet, so you get the best of both worlds. The neighbourhood feels safe, and the people around here are super friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues so far and I really enjoy living here. The staff have all been super helpful and quick to respond to emails especially Kary! You can tell they genuinely care and keep everything running smoothly, even with the external works going on.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be honest, nothing particularly special! I’m happy with my experience here overall.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very convenient with many shops, restaurants, and transport links nearby. It’s lively but not too noisy. Parking is okay, bins are collected on time, and the street feels safe and clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded quickly and resolved issues efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how thin the walls are—noise travels easily. Also, parking spaces fill up quickly, especially on weekends. A tip: introduce yourself to neighbours early; they’re friendly and helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in The Forum, Birmingham is very convenient and enjoyable. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city centre, Bullring, and Digbeth, offering a great range of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Public transport links are reliable, with nearby bus stops and quick access to New Street and Moor Street stations. The area feels safe and lively, with good bin collections and well-maintained surroundings. It’s also close to Eastside City Park, providing a nice open space to relax. Overall, it’s a modern, comfortable, and well-connected place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive and professional so far. Although I haven’t had any issues yet, they seem proactive and attentive to residents’ needs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the storage and appliances before moving in. The storage space is a bit limited, even for one person, and there’s no microwave or TV provided, which would have been convenient. The oven is useful but not essential, and having two fridges feels unnecessary for a studio. However, the apartment itself is beautifully designed — the floor-to-ceiling window gives a lovely view and plenty of natural light, the room feels spacious and modern, and the washroom is clean, stylish, and well-equipped. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place to live.
