It’s as convenient as city living gets, yet with the calm and space of a tucked-away neighbourhood.

The flat itself has been our green sanctuary. With generous ceiling height, ample storage and garden views through the trees, the home is constantly flooded with natural light from south-facing windows and has a bright, airy and private feel throughout the day. We’ve loved the spacious living room, two full bathrooms and well-proportioned bedrooms — it has always felt comfortable, stylish and easy to live in. The building also benefits from a lift that can easily accommodate a wheelchair or pram, for accessibility and convenience. One of the things we’ll miss most are our slow weekend mornings, enjoying coffee with sunlight pouring in and nothing but the sound of birds outside.

There is a strong sense of community here, with neighbours who look out for each other and children playing safely in the street. It has been a wonderful first home for us, and we’re sad to leave, but we know it will be a peaceful and happy place for its next owners.
