Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Next to center:mk, very convenient for shopping. Sufficient choices in dining. Short walking distance to M&S for groceries.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It took nearly two months to have another pair of keys for my wife, not sure about why.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes there are anti-social behaviors near the main entrance at late night.

    Solstice Apartments, MK9

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is genuinely a great place to live, with a wide range of shops, cafés, restaurants, and green spaces all within easy walking distance. Transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and convenient train connections that make commuting simple. The street is peaceful and well-kept, with good parking availability, timely bin collections, and a friendly neighbourhood environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been quick, helpful, and proactive. Paige and Danielle respond promptly and ensure any concerns are resolved smoothly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known earlier how friendly and supportive the community and management team are—it really enhances the living experience. New neighbours should know that the building is extremely well run and settling in is effortless thanks to the welcoming environment.

    Solstice Apartments, MK9

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great, right in the city center with a shopping center in front. Shops, restaurants, and bars are all nearby, and transport links are very convenient. The street is quiet, clean, and safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is excellent. They respond promptly to any issues or requests, always on time. Communication is a real plus, making living here convenient and stress-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I’d share with a new neighbor is that, while the apartment and management are excellent, living in the city center means it can sometimes be a bit busy and parking nearby is limited, so plan accordingly. Overall, it’s still a great place to live.

    The Copper Works, CF10

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at The Copper Works, Cardiff is very convenient with shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Transport links are good, with buses and Cardiff Central within walking distance. Bin collection is standard, and there can be some traffic noise and occasional anti-social behaviour typical of city-centre living nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to resolve issues, helpful and professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Keep public areas clean, especially on weekends; control pets in lifts; and be mindful of gym noise, such as phone calls or timers, so it doesn’t disturb others.

    The Condor, DE1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All mentioned above is great with the exception to some anti social behaviours and fights that happens on friday and saturday mornings in front of the building. I once saw 4 police officers handcuffing a guy at 04.00. On other ocassions I hear people fight after clubbing moments. I would suggest that policing is reinforced within the area. However, i do feel safe and secure inside the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they did respond on time and provided support.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It seems like the electric appliances are not as energy saving as claimed to be. The bill is normally higher compared to other similar properties.
