I’ve loved living in this home since 2009, it’s been a truly happy house. Now that my children have grown up and have families of their own, it feels like the right time to downsize, although I’ll be very sad to leave such a lovely home and community.

The area has such a friendly atmosphere. It’s quiet, welcoming, and I’ve got to know many of my neighbours through dog walking, it really is a wonderful place to live. The local parks and green spaces are beautifully maintained by Basingstoke and Deane Council, and the grounds team are always so helpful and take great pride in keeping the area looking its best.

I’ll especially miss my garden. I’ve always enjoyed gardening and spending time outside, and I’ll be looking for a smaller home with a small garden to suit me and my little dog.

This location has been ideal. Bramley train station and local shops are both within walking distance, with easy connections into Basingstoke town centre, Reading, and London Waterloo. The phone signal with O2 has also been excellent — I’ve never had any issues with service here.

It’s been a lovely place to call home, and I hope the next owners enjoy it as much as I have.
