The work carried out in recent years ensures that the property is well maintained and technically up to date. Wastewater treatment is provided by a micro-station with a coconut fibre filter. Heating is provided by a gas boiler installed in 2017, with an underground tank and radiators in each room. A recent stove adds a warm touch, complemented by a CMV and reversible air conditioning in the master bedroom and upper floor. Two water heaters provide hot water.

The roof of the garage and front façade was redone in 2018. The window frames, made of wood or wood-effect PVC, are new and all double-glazed. The renovation work also included tiling the kitchen and consolidating the foundations of the first cellar, which were repaired by resin injection.
