Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very quiet building, lovely neighbours, great location with lots of shops and public transport close by. The apartments are very big and modern.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Kim is very helpful and responds quickly. Super friendly and no problems so far

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Location is close to Battersea Power Station, King's Road and Knightsbridge so great if you like shopping, but not for your bank balance. Lots of places to eat, so if you don't like cooking, then it's great having so many shops, cafes and restaurants closeby.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is great! Although need more maintenance and clearing up in front of the building. It would be nice to have more green space or greenery in general

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is very helpful and responsive! Kim has been great in comms and sorting through any issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we had properly seen the gym before! But we are very happy with our building and flat!

    Manager's response

Hi Shireen, Thank you for your 5 star review and all of your feedback, this is greatly appreciated. We hope that the close proximity and views of Battersea Park can make up for the lack of greenery in the building, however with that said, we are making changes to the furniture on the roof terrace in time for next summer. We have also given feedback to the estate owners regarding the gym and pushing for a refurb in the near future. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your feedback. Kind regards Kim

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartments are very big and have not had any issues since I moved in. Really happy with the location, good public transport links and lots of shops nearby, but difficult to get deliveries as there is no parking nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issues, but they were very quick with responding to any questions when we first moved in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great location to watch fireworks from Battersea park and I'm hoping for New Years Eve too.

    Manager's response

Hi Linh, Thank you for your lovely 5 star review. This is greatly appreciated. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying your home and happy with the building and the management. Many Thanks Kim
