Milliners Yard, L3
5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
i will never have anything bad to say about milliners yard! the hospitality and environment is unmatched. it feels like being part of a family. the gym facilities surpasses what i’ve seen in other complexes, the downstairs communal space is stunning! staff are the sweetest and make it a safe home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
personally haven’t had any issues with our apartment since moving in in May.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
i didn’t know when moving in, but i absolutely love that they have events going on each week! even just having a breakfast meet up for the residents, or when they invited everyone to the terrace for bonfire night with drinks, made my night, was a beautiful surprise to see how much effort and love they put into their residents

Altitude at Phoenix, LS9
5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really good selection of cafes, bars, restaurants all about a 15 minute walk away. Parking is available nearby for cheap prices for Leeds. Also have free parking a little further. Not much noise unless it’s a busy day and you have the windows open
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven’t had many issues. Any issues raised were responded to promptly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Probably would have been nice to know of the noise of the trains (although this is only noticeable when windows are open) and the noise of the vents (which I hear the management is fixing)

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close walk to the city centre with lots of shops and restaurants. A closer little shop would be ideal Generally quiet with the windows closed, can hear emergency vehicles and trains just as expected with any flats in the city centre. Parking is available but expensive, the only real downside.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team respond quickly to concerns raised and chase up to confirm we are happy with the outcome.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There’s nothing that comes to mind, living here exceeded our expectations :)

Milliners Yard, L3
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living on this street is a real pleasure; it’s a friendly, well-kept area with plenty of local charm. There’s a great mix of independent shops, cosy cafés, and excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. Transport links are very convenient, with regular bus services and train connections making commuting easy. Bin collections are reliable and well-managed. Overall, it’s a peaceful, welcoming place to live with a great sense of community.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always been quick, professional, and helpful in resolving any issues. They communicate clearly, follow up promptly, and ensure that maintenance or repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There’s a real sense of community here. I’d also suggest new residents take advantage of the nearby parks and local cafés, which are some of the best hidden gems in the area.

Eda, M50
5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I love living at Eda, it has a great vibe and so many of the residents are incredibly friendly, Tram stop is just moments away for quick access to media city, Trafford centre and the city centre, convenience is a big thing for me so to have all these so accessible was the main reason i chose Eda.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, i did experience an issue and as I previously mentioned Martin handled this so well and escalated this when needed to management which gave me peace of mind.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How flexible they are at Eda, nothing seems too much trouble and if they can accommodate a specific request they will do their best to deliver.
