The location is perfect. So close to the point for transport links. So close to Xscape and the shopping mall. Sainsburys 10 minutes away by walk. The location is a strong point.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Anytime that i needed a problem sorted, they have always been okay to help me.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would say how social people area. I think people interact a lot with each other which i think its great. I met one of my best friends in the UK thanks to Park Square.

Living in my local area has been a thoroughly positive experience. The architectural design of the buildings is modern, visually appealing, and consistently well-maintained, contributing to an overall pleasant and comfortable living environment. The wider local area is equally convenient, offering a diverse selection of shops, restaurants, and bars within close walking distance. Everyday necessities and leisure options are easy to access, enhancing the overall quality of life. Transport links are excellent, with nearby free parking and reliable public transport services that make commuting straightforward and stress-free.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team are always super helpful and friendly. They are quick to respond to reported issues and always happy to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how quickly certain facilities, like the gym or cinema room, can get booked during peak times. It’s not a problem, but it helps to plan ahead and make use of quieter periods. I’d recommend new neighbours explore the amenities at different times to find what works best for them.

It has a nice location. Close to Chinatown, city centre and also train station which makes it super convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually they have quick response and will sort in short time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Kampus set up apps for residents which you can have group chat with others and also report maintance issues etc. which is very handy.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, vibrant and young environment, as the area has convenient transport connections and easy access activities. Only issue I would say is the noise from the road, as our flat is located overlooking the main road which is used by quite a few of the Emergency services, however the windows are are triple glazed so the flat is quite soundproof
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Never had any major issues and anything that has come up as always been sorted out in a timely manner

There was a extra charge per month on getting the flat furnished which we weren’t aware of until a couple of days before we moved in

Perfect location close to shops, bars and restaurants. Two train stations and several tram stops within walking distance make travel easy, including to suburbs like Didsbury and Chorlton. No car park in the building, but plenty of street parking nearby

The maintenance team resolves any issues promptly, and the front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and always available to assist.

The building is pet-friendly, and unlike many others, there’s no extra fee to register your pets.
