5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s a good range of local shops, cafés, restaurants and a few friendly bars, all within walking distance, and several nice open spaces for relaxing or exercising. Transport links are generally convenient, with frequent buses and a nearby train station. My street is usually quiet and peaceful. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised an issue. They communicate clearly, act quickly, and always follow up to make sure everything has been resolved properly. Overall, their support has been excellent.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I didn’t notice until living here is that the interior brick walls make certain rooms colder than the others. They look nice, but they hold the cold, especially in winter.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great with station near by and the mall so it's very convenient. However there are certain anti social elements like people having beer when you are coming home late in the night usually in front of Gails. That does create a sense of insecurity.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
very prompt and quickly. Pedro and Nkosi who come to repair are very cordial
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
None at the moment. But maybe the railways noise that is quite loud sometimes

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Amazing location, with it being close to main transport links along with it only being a 15 minute walk into town. Amazing range of shops and activities around the area. Due to the amazing area makes getting Ubers so easy and quick. Regarding traffic noise can’t hear any external noise once in the building. Parking availability is limited but due to amazing transport links so close parking isn’t a worry.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is outstanding with any issues within your flat being resolved either the same day or the next day. The app makes it so easy to report an issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How close it actually is to being able to work into town, along with the best way to walk into town.

The community also Almere have is great, keeping always social activities for the tenants. Recommended and so far best option in Milton Keynes, especially for pet owners as they are pet friendly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always try to help asap, we usually have to log and raise a ticket on the app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The receptionists are wonderful, always helpful and smiling. Christina, in particular, is excellent and consistently goes out of her way to help.
