Our opinion
This is a beautifully-finished chalet and one of a very few in a ski-in ski-out position, backed by the forest with impressive views along the Valley. Currently used as a large family home, it has the flexibilty to create a separate rental section using the existing studio on the garden floor or expanding this studio into a 1, 2 or 3-bedroom self-contained apartment. A rare product.

Location
Chalet des Pistes is next to the Col de Voza on the slopes of Les Houches. It lies just on the side of the Coupe de Monde piste which is used for the Kandahar World Cup downhill run. The chalet is 4km from the centre of Les Houches and 12km from the centre of Chamonix. The closest shops and cafés are at the bottom of the Prarion lift, just 2.5km from the chalet.
