Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We recently moved into this building and we’re really enjoying it so far. The apartment is modern, and there are plenty of facilities, including a gym and communal spaces. It’s very central, with the MK shopping centre right across the street. The neighbours are also very friendly. I also find it convenient to have a pet sitter living in the building. Overall, we’re very happy living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very helpful and responsive. They try to find a solution as quick as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only negative aspect is that we don’t have the option to open the main door from the intercom. We have to go downstairs to let people in, which isn’t very convenient when you have a baby. However, the management team is so kind and helpful that it makes it easy to overlook this detail.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is quite empty but has good transport links and supermarket options. It’s a decent area for young people.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly. I flagged a broken fire alarm which is a health and safety issue twice and nobody ever came to refit it. They also didn’t care to know when I lost my deposit to an incoming tenant who withheld the amount.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known that they don’t ensure outgoing residents are protected financially with their deposit.

    Windlass Apartments, N17

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The transportation links within the area is fantastic. This consists of several bus routes and Tottenham Hale station being within 5 mins walk. The bin store is surprisingly always usually clean and neat, free of any foul odours. Although we are based by the main road which links Blackhorse Road to Tottenham Hale, there is no traffic noise. Unfortunately there is no parking onsite or much around the area. There is a beautiful canal outside and the apartment has spectacular views of the wetlands.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and efficient. Always transparent. Onsite team accessible all the time for help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I researched about parking in the local area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent range of local shops, restaurants and open spaces, good transport links. Good bin collection.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well with a quick turnaround time and resolution of issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the building would become pet friendly, although it was not when I moved in.
