This versatile property with proven rental income is a wonderful home but also offers excellent rental investment thanks to the spacious layout and number of bedrooms. The location has easy access to Chamonix yet is in a beautiful area of the Chamonix valley making it ideal for a family holiday. The significant development potential cannot be ignored. It’s a very attractive chalet for multiple reasons.

The chalet is situated in Taconnaz, between Chamonix and Les Houches, a residential area of mostly individual chalets. The bus stop is a short walk and Chamonix center is just 5 min by car.
