We approach our property through an avenue that conveys a sense of peace and tranquility. The facade of the late 19th-century residence stands imposing, a silent witness to a glorious past, with its elegant lines and evocative architecture.

As soon as we cross the threshold, the rooms on the ground floor welcome us with surprising brightness. Sunlight filters through the large windows, flooding the spaces and highlighting the precious Venetian terrazzo floors, where the light reflects, creating chiaroscuro effects. There is a feeling of space and airiness. Three of these rooms, including the kitchen, surround us with their light and contemporary tones, a modern breath that harmoniously dialogues with the ancient structure. Then, unexpectedly, a room envelops us with its original warm colors, wooden ceiling, and wall paneling; here, it feels almost as if one could hear the echoes of past conversations, an atmosphere more intimate and enveloping.

Proceeding, we discover the stone-clad cellar, the scent of humidity and earth evokes stories of harvests and ancient flavors. Next to it, the garage and laundry complete the service spaces, designed with modern functionality yet discreetly integrated.

We ascend to the upper floors, and every room reveals its generous spaciousness.
