4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Easy and quick walk to several shops necessary for every-day-living, even closer to the bus stop that takes you to City Center. Far enough away from the retail shops to feel a bit secluded yet a short bus ride to experience the Center. The bar across the street ends its live music at a reasonable hour, neighbors are lovely, trash bins around the area are never over-flowing. It's unlucky positioning if you're in a unit over the bin collection area on Fridays. Just remember to keep your windows closed and you won't have a problem! And closing the windows keeps out almost all noise as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The response time to any enquiries we’ve had have varied 3-5 business days on a rare occasion, but mostly range from within same day to 24 hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wish we knew to request a north-facing sooner, that trash day and farming makes a big impact on open windows, that it’s absolutely necessary to go through the welcome email to get internet as Virgin Media has virtually no clue how to handle moving down one floor in the same building.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lovely quiet location, even though it's on one of the main roads into Bath city centre. The development is within walking distance of the station and shopping area, but there are also regular buses into the centre and on to Bath's two universities. Secure parking places can be rented for an additional cost.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
These were usually resolved quickly, although we did have an ongoing minor issue with a heated towel rail!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything went pretty smoothly for us and I'd recommend Spring Wharf to anyone looking for a base in Bath.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good location, shops walking distance Good transport links. Parking available. Next to a gym. Green space nearby too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Emailed and communicated with residents. Noise of local fire station was dealt with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Scaffolding on the mill being on for so long and that there would be such a long period of building work and noise

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location of spring wharf is perfect. For me, I am close to family and a short walk away from the train and town- it ticks every box!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and professionally. They are always very polite
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would have been good to know that the previous WiFi service wasn’t disconnected by the last tenant which caused problems for days after I moved in. Knowing a bit more about guest parking would have also been useful! I really would have liked the co working space, it’s a shame it’s not available
Manager's response5Hi Hannah, Thank you for your lovely feedback - it’s great to hear that your move-in felt smooth and that the team made such a positive difference. We’ll also share your comments with them! We appreciate your notes around sound transfer and the co-working space, as well as the feedback on WiFi and guest parking at move-in. We’re glad you’re enjoying life at Spring Wharf.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very convenient! It is close to Lidl. There are many buses to go to the city centre and both U of Bath and Bath Spa U. A lot of undergrads live on the other side of Lower Bristol Road (can be good or bad).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes!!! They responded to my requests very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the council tax band (but I should've asked).
