Just few kilometers from the historic center of Treviso, nestled in the tranquility and beauty of one of the most renowned and prestigious private parks in the area, a refined country residence dating back to the early 1900s.

The property, originally built at the beginning of the 20th century, underwent significant restoration and expansion in the 1960s, overseen by the famous Venetian architects Giorgio Bellavitis and Nanni Valle for the villa, and the renowned landscape architect Ferrante Gorian for the park. Among the historical elements, there is a preserved yew roccolo and an ancient pond surrounded by reeds, connected by a winding stream framed by callas and Piave rocks.

The park is now traversed by an elegant system of water features fed by natural springs and a private well for irrigation. The pool, fed by spring water and redesigned by Gorian with curvilinear stones, is immersed in a setting of ornamental plants, contributing to making this property a perfect fusion of elegance, history, and nature.
