4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Fizzy Living overall gives a good experience, especially with their support team and the way they handle day-to-day issues. The community feeling, clean surroundings, and quick responses from the property team are definitely strong points. But, like every place, there are a few things that could be better. The flat layout is not the best — some parts feel a bit awkward in design, and it could have been planned better for space and comfort. Another issue is the lift. From day one, this has been a weak point. I understand the property team has tried to fix it many times, but still the lift keeps giving problems. This affects daily convenience, and honestly, it becomes frustrating at times. So overall, Fizzy Living has many good things, especially the supportive staff, but the flat layout and continuous lift issues are areas where improvement is really needed
