Although the lane is very private, the residents are very supportive. We have a WhatsApp group and nearly all of our neighbours, who are lovely people, are signed up.
The walks up and down river are quiet and peaceful, only 2 miles to Maidstone on the towpath and 6 minutes on the train back.

This place will be amazing for new owners.
Since we moved in, we've purchased the riverside land, built the shed from timber and re-planed decking boards, had the automatic wrought Iron gate installed, the resin drive installed, house repainted, wooden decking replaced with composite boards and the normal maintenance works done.
