The garden stretches down to the river and will make a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of something nice in the summer months and the private mooring will help sailing trips, up and down the river, much easier.
The lounge and dining areas are good spaces to entertain friends and family in and the decking area, offers a nice overflow, for when you would want to go outside and take in the views.
There is an additional reception room and this has been used as bedroom in the past which works well, because of the close proximity of the downstairs shower room.
If you work from home and need an office or an additional living area away from the house, then the annex, complete with shower and WC may come in useful.

Although the lane is very private, the residents are very supportive. We have a WhatsApp group and nearly all of our neighbours, who are lovely people, are signed up.
The walks up and down river are quiet and peaceful, only 2 miles to Maidstone on the towpath and 6 minutes on the train back.

This place will be amazing for new owners.
Since we moved in, we've purchased the riverside land, built the shed from timber and re-planed decking boards, had the automatic wrought Iron gate installed, the resin drive installed, house repainted, wooden decking replaced with composite boards and the normal maintenance works done.
