What the Owner says:

We absolutely adore our wonderful home in such a tranquil and secure location, but we are not isolated as we can walk to the main road with immediate access to a bus stop and local amenities. There is a Morrisons convenience store, an Outstanding primary school, a village hall and a gastropub. We are close to Kent University and two prominent private schools and near the Crab and Winkle Way for cycle rides and Blean Woods for country walks.

It is only five minutes' drive to Canterbury with its historical buildings, high street stores, individual shops, bars, restaurants, theatres, a cinema, grammar schools, universities and The Kings School. There are also two stations including Canterbury West where trains to St Pancras take under an hour. Alternatively we can be in Whitstable with its shops, harbour and famous oysters in 10 minutes while the nearby Gulbenkian theatre and cinema provides additional entertainment facilities.
