Entrance Hall
The hallway provides access to the sitting room and bedroom and includes a storage cupboard.
Living Room
The living room is large enough to accommodate seating, dining, and a small workspace. A north facing double glazed window brings natural light into the room and overlooks the village. The room includes TV and satellite points, multiple power sockets, a gas fired radiator, and an electric fire within a fire surround. Double glazed doors lead to the kitchenette.
Kitchenette
The kitchenette includes fitted wall and base units, under cupboard lighting, a stainless steel sink and drainer, and an integrated fridge with freezer compartment. Ceiling spotlights provide additional lighting.
Bedroom
The bedroom features fitted furniture, including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets. It also includes a radiator and TV and satellite points. A door leads to the en suite shower room.
En suite Shower Room

Fees
A key benefit to living at Richmond Villages is the level of care, support and services that are available to make life more comfortable and enjoyable. A Service Charge of £197.65 per week covers the general upkeep of the village facilities, building insurance and maintenance, management and registration of staff, and social wellbeing activities and events. This is reviewed annually on 1st January.
A Transfer Fee of 6% of the sale price applies on resales in year one, 8% in year two, and 10% thereafter.
A separate charge for Ground Rent of £250 is payable annually on resale properties. This is subject to five yearly reviews from the commencement date specified in the lease.
Purchasers of Assisted Living apartments also pay for a Lifestyle Package or a Lifestyle Flex Package.
