"We have so many wonderful memories from our first home together. Some of our favourites include; late night bbqs with family and friends in the garden until the early hours and our annual NYE parties, with all our friends piled in! Then finally raising our now two-year old son here, with endless trips to Greville Smyth park and many emergency ice creams. It’s been a brilliant start to family life."

The home

Built 5 years ago, Fraynes Close is a high quality, modern home which has been improved further by the current owners tastefully decorating the home throughout and establishing a thriving garden space. As you enter the property there is an entrance hall to sort shoes and coats out, then to the right is the living room which features LVT flooring which runs throughout the downstairs, making our way through the home we have a handy downstairs toilet and storage space under the stairs, then onto the kitchen at the rear which overlooks the garden and has built-in appliances. Upstairs there are two well sized bedrooms, with the principal suite at the rear and the 2nd bedroom large enough to be used as both a guest / children's room and office space. In-between this room with have the three-piece bathroom. Each room has been fitted with solid oak doors and decorated in tonal colours creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Outside space

A gorgeous garden which can be accessed through the kitchen or the side access available as the house is semi-detached. There is an initial patio seating area, grass lawn and a variety of flowers and plants bordering the fence. Out the front there driveway with space for one car.

Living in Ashton Vale

Ashton Vale has become increasingly popular with young families, with the local Ashton Vale Primary and Ashton Gate Secondary schools within close proximity. The location is ideal for access to the local Sainsbury's superstore, alongside many shops just minutes’ walk away. Bedminster and Ashton Vale benefit from a number of green spaces for keen runners and dog lovers, such as Gores Marsh and Greville Smyth Park, as well as the Ashton Court Estate. North Street is very close and is home to a number of bars and eateries, such as The Tobacco Factory, the popular Souk Kitchen, and Cor, as well as highly regarded cafés such as Sweven and Mark’s Bread.
