Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good links to Manchester City Centre, Trafford centre and beyond with the tram stop just a few moments away, little coffee shops, coop, bars just a short walk away, media city is a short walk or 2 tram stops away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Precision and speed are key elements of the building management, they simply don't mess around and you can expect any issues to be resolved as quickly as you present them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How effortless the whole application process is, the team are always on hand and respond in more than adequate amount of time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living at Eda, it has a great vibe and so many of the residents are incredibly friendly, Tram stop is just moments away for quick access to media city, Trafford centre and the city centre, convenience is a big thing for me so to have all these so accessible was the main reason i chose Eda.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, i did experience an issue and as I previously mentioned Martin handled this so well and escalated this when needed to management which gave me peace of mind.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How flexible they are at Eda, nothing seems too much trouble and if they can accommodate a specific request they will do their best to deliver.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super friendly Staff always there to help whenever you need them. I highly recommend and high-quality shops nearby super close to transport and amazing amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond to my questions within minutes even at midnight because it’s they work 24 seven I highly depend on people who are able to advise me and guide me towards the process of moving in and they have been amazing

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how beautiful the building was. I definitely saw the pictures but you know seeing in real life pictures don’t do it justice and as soon as you walk in, you’ll see that you’ve made the best decision moving here.

    Oct 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location with the tram stop being outside, just make sure you download the bee app so you know when they’re due! Parking is a couple minutes walk from the building but very secure!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond so quickly it’s almost shocked me as I’m comparing to my previous experiences. There have been some maintenance situations that I have flagged and they have either been sorted straight away or looked into

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s such a lovely community here and I’m excited for the future! I do wish the coffee machine was free for tenants as you are paying a premium for the area and would be a lovely additional perk. The flat does have some issues with conserving heat and that may mean a costly energy bill but I will see in time if that’s the case

    Oct 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is perfect, walking distance to MediaCity, Salford Quays and Exchange Quays perfect for working nearby. Tram is outside the door which goes straight to town. Co op right next door is extra convenient. Plenty bars and places to eat within a short walk to MediaCity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Both issues I raised were dealt within hours, a response from the team offering to come to my apartment to resolve the matters.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Location convivence within walking distance to bars, restaurants , cinema and supermarkets and having the transport links outside the door.
