Main restaurant up to 60 guests. There is also a sauna with relaxation room, an outside gym, a parking area for up to 32 cars, premises for engineering systems etc.


29 rooms can accommodate up to 104 guests – 4 Deluxe Suites with 2 bedrooms, 14 Family Deluxe and 11 Double Deluxe. The interior of the hotel's rooms, unique eco-style, perfectly complements with up-to-date equipment that has become an integral part of our everyday life. All rooms are equipped with modern furniture and appliances, shower units and necessary accessories, and have access to a terrace/balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the sea (most of the rooms), fairy-tale forest or the picturesque territory of the hotel with garden and pool. Each room has WiFi internet access and a kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge and an individual set of dishes.


Since the restart in July 2017, it has immediately reached a very good occupancy rate (above 90% in summer seasons) and even in 2020 COVID year it was 28% in comparison with 12% average in Halkidiki region.


Location

Kassandra peninsula is the most crowded among the three peninsulas of Halkidiki and each summer attracts thousands of tourists. Crystal waters and sandy beaches in combination with the nightlife which Halkidiki offers have made Kassandra peninsula one of the most famous tourist destinations in Greece.
