5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Moda Loudon’s Yard has been a great experience. The local area has plenty of good shops, cafés and open spaces, and the transport links are convenient with easy access into the city. The the building feels clean and well-managed, and the team here — especially Kalvin, Sian, Amrit, Scott and Reece — are always supportive and really helpful. The only downside is the parking, as spaces are limited and the cost is quite high, but everything else has been smooth and enjoyable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded quickly and professionally to any issues I’ve raised. They communicate clearly, resolve problems without delay, and keep me updated throughout. Overall, their support has been reliable and efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how quickly the facilities become part of your daily routine — the co-working areas, gym and shared spaces are genuinely useful and make a big difference to day-to-day life. I’d also tell new neighbours to take full advantage of the building’s community events and shared areas, because they help you settle in fast and get the most out of living here.
