We can not hear anything at all from the floor we live in. It is very quiet. We walk everywhere, into the city centre to the university. Everything is very local.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had complaint about dog barking but management fixed this.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Our friend lives in the next building and sometimes the building smell very heavily rubbish. But this is of council. The staff always cleaning

There are loads of variety in terms of transpirr links and i really love the fact that it is slightly out of the city centre and the noise i loved the custkmer service by calvin and zain

They have jumoed on all my issues with efficiency which is great

Nothing really besdies the bbq which is a good addition

The area is close to the tram stop and local supermarkets which is very helpful since I’m not from the city

The management are very helpful and go out there way to make me welcome

The local shops have every thing you could want. Parking is underground is very secure and safe for cars.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Ive never met any managers my full time here i have only dealt with the staff I mentioned who have been great.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish i knew where the bin stores were I was never shown during my viewing and the desk staff had to show me after I had moved in.

Really amazing place staff made us feel like we are home especially Zain and Calvin and amrit they have helped a lot with locating places with in the building
