very happy here .staff and management great nice building .if their was any negatives electric bills little higher due to moda subbing out their utilities and the wi fi is inconsistent again due to subbing out but overall very happy with the choice

efficiently.the staff are one of the best features of moda new york square

Nothing bad in my opinion been living here for 3 years, cant complain 1 single bit about the place except for utility bills which are TOOO expensive

Issues are always fixed next day max usually same day

How expensive bills are expect to pay £160 if you are 1 person

It’s quiet and nice! Good amenities close by but rarely can get some strange characters passing through due to location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly when dire, but otherwise may need a bit of nudging along.

Coffee being free! This is a lifesaver with coffee being free in the common areas.
