Good: easy for commuting as close to the station Bad: bit too crowded but that’s how living in the town is

I have had a few service requests for the hardwares since I moved in and all of them are solved quickly

    Charolais Gardens, CV21

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is very conveniently based by the train station so it makes it very easy to commute to Birmingham and London. Rugby is a small town with a limited number of pubs and restaurants but they are all of excel quality. The ease with which you can hop on the train though makes it very easy to commute to many central cities for shopping and leisure. Parking is the only issue as spots are limited and tight.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly, efficiently and made sure they coordinated access to the flat with me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How the parking can be an issue and limited. I think all information provided was through.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is in a very convenient location, close to Rugby railway station. It also offers easy access to major supermarkets and a retail park, all within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded promptly and efficiently, and the system is very easy to use.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I haven’t noticed anything particularly bad or good before movibg in. However, I would have expected higher-quality appliances and materials to be used in the construction.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Flats are amazing with furnishing and great views However the parking seems to be limited and very competitive to secure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and professionally. They touched up the paint when it was soiled and had fixed the air filters.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking spaces are limited and getting one seems to be a great deal
