What initially attracted you to the property ?

We were first attracted to Cedarwood because we could see great potential to create a lovely home being in an ideal location for our children’s schools and amenities in the area having a little shop nearby has been a god send even on Christmas Day .. having superb neighbours is an added bonus 

What improvements have you made to the property?

We have made lots of improvements to our home .. ie .. extending it by 52% creating more room for comfortable space for our family new kitchen ..bathroom .. underfloor heating ... adding a new slate roof .. hand built Summer house / shed / flower beds and a beautiful barbecue area .. everything has been done to make it a comfortable home 

What have you enjoyed about living there ?

We have enjoyed living here for nearly 20 years .. having bought our children up here and all of them attending local schools .. now having children of their own and flying the nest we are looking to downsize as we don’t need the space now we hope the new buyer will enjoy living here as much as we have.

Location

Biggin Hill is located within the London Borough of Bromley. It is situated only 7½ miles from Bromley's main shopping centre to the North whilst to the South is the village of Westerham and its many places of historical interest, such as Chartwell and Squerryes Court. 
The property has the advantage of being surrounded by Green Belt countryside. London is easily accessed via train from various mailine stations including Oxted, Woldingham Upper Warlingham Orpington and Bromley South, all of which are within a short drive. The M25 is accessed at Godstone (junction 6), Gatwick airport is a 30 minute drive away. The Dartford River Crossing and Bluewater Shopping Centre are also only a short drive away.
