5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Perfect location for me. Easy commute to work and train station by foot. Located in the city centre but still very peaceful with minimal noise. The residents are really wholesome and welcoming. And, Ahmed is amazing at making you feel settled and hosts amazing events (some recent ones were Halloween, Mindful session & Games night).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Solved very quickly and efficiently with minimal intervention.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t realise there is a Budgens downstairs and they offer a discount if you are a resident at Paradise View.

Paradise forum is close to transport links in Birmingham, local shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces. There's minimal anti social behaviour and triple glazed windows block out traffic noise.

Fast and efficient responses to any reports or issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Mansbridge House, SW8
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have lived in mansbridge house since it opened a couple years back now and I have really made this my home. I have gone through different management over the years, each one providing care and assistance to all of our tenants needs. I’m loving all the new developments that are opening up near me, the only bad thing I could note is unfortunately the homeless that can come and situate themselves next to the building. This can be out of our control but sometimes cause anxiety within the tenants when leaving/entering our homes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, everytime I would travel my hot water would stop working and everytime I have had assistance on this matter and it has now stopped.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Absolutely nothing, I have only enjoyed my time more and more over the years.
Manager's response5Hi Tara, Thank you for your wonderful 5 star review. We really appreciate your feedback and extremely happy to hear that you are enjoying your home in Mansbridge House. Kind regards Management.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very quiet building, lovely neighbours, great location with lots of shops and public transport close by. The apartments are very big and modern.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Kim is very helpful and responds quickly. Super friendly and no problems so far
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Location is close to Battersea Power Station, King's Road and Knightsbridge so great if you like shopping, but not for your bank balance. Lots of places to eat, so if you don't like cooking, then it's great having so many shops, cafes and restaurants closeby.
