    Bright, friendly living at the castings! The street is a great location with great cafes, handy shops, and all leading to an easy, relaxed vibe.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    All the staff are great, friendly, and helpful with any queries or problems raised about living here. Couldn’t ask for a better team to manage the apartments!

    Get the Wi-Fi sorted asap as it can take a while sometimes for the provider to set it up.

    Living in my local area has been a thoroughly positive experience. The architectural design of the buildings is modern, visually appealing, and consistently well-maintained, contributing to an overall pleasant and comfortable living environment. The wider local area is equally convenient, offering a diverse selection of shops, restaurants, and bars within close walking distance. Everyday necessities and leisure options are easy to access, enhancing the overall quality of life. Transport links are excellent, with nearby free parking and reliable public transport services that make commuting straightforward and stress-free.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management team are always super helpful and friendly. They are quick to respond to reported issues and always happy to help.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known how quickly certain facilities, like the gym or cinema room, can get booked during peak times. It’s not a problem, but it helps to plan ahead and make use of quieter periods. I’d recommend new neighbours explore the amenities at different times to find what works best for them.

    Very convenient location, easy to get to the city and great connections to London via Piccadilly which is so close.

    We have had any issues fixed quickly and efficiently

    The flats are very sound proof, I thought living in a large block would be quite loud but when in the flat it's very quiet.

    Amazing location, with it being close to main transport links along with it only being a 15 minute walk into town. Amazing range of shops and activities around the area. Due to the amazing area makes getting Ubers so easy and quick. Regarding traffic noise can’t hear any external noise once in the building. Parking availability is limited but due to amazing transport links so close parking isn’t a worry.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management is outstanding with any issues within your flat being resolved either the same day or the next day. The app makes it so easy to report an issue.

    How close it actually is to being able to work into town, along with the best way to walk into town.

    Great location as you are a stones throw away from town but don’t have the noisy aspect. No negatives, it’s got everything you need.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Have to give a shout-out to the building management team for always being there for us, Rosh is super friendly and helped in time of need! She’s a star!
